Cuisinart Chef’s Classic Stainless Steel 5-1/2-Quart Multi-Purpose Pot with Glass Cover

Where is this pan been all my life? Easy to clean in the dishwasher (also). . heats quickly and evenly. . The cover is just the right weight and is made of glass so you can see what you cook. . . The perfect size for almost anything. I did everything from a potfull jambalya the corn and the pot to me like I know what I’m doing.
Perfect gift cheaply. Buy this now a good experience in itself. . . You will not be disappointed.
Did you this pot only be used for popcorn! It is ideal for popcorn.
Just cover the bottom with a layer of nuts and just enough oil. Look at the pot, shake the popping slows down a few times during cooking, while extinguishing the fire. All kernels pop and not be burned. Used on a gas stove.
I could not say the product image, but the pot is really very bright inside and out. (Use I thought it was frosted outer surface.) There is also a very small pot.
I have soup, rice, stew, cook, etc. and it works perfectly. As noted in product features, this pot heats very quickly and it is easy to clean. To my surprise, the product package pitcture Lidia Bastianich (my favorite Italian cooking show host was), which means she also recommends.
Finally, the price was so good that I am very happy with this pot!
And this pot is an excellent example. The size is for my family. I like the glass lid so I can keep an eye on things without lifting the lid. And to top it all, she is very beautiful. It is also easy. Who, as an aging softie as I think more. Although I think those would amount to cumbersome quality utensils in the pot reject outright, but weight aside, it seems very well done. I’ve used for soups and beans, but I would not use it to make room for something sweet. Something that requires a fairly high heat, but with a base thick enough to prevent burning. But for the type of cooking I think the pot is excellent and the price can not be lost.
I have lots of Cuisinart cookware and I am always happy with the combination of quality and value. I bought the Dutch up another large cast iron skillet, because I can not deal so easily utensils really heavy.
I use for frying and make smaller batches of homemade soups or I’ll get my big pot. I’ll try the idea of cooking popcorn suggested by another reviewer – there is a pot solid and durable that I use probably a number of other things.
As already mentioned, the glossy surface presented inside and outside, and as with all utensils Cuisinart fits perfectly into the glass lid. I hand wash all my pots and pans, but it is listed as dishwasher safe, too.
